Rotary Lead India Programs
Rotary Lead India is a transformative, values-based training initiative launched in partnership between the Rotary Club of Vizianagaram and the Lead India Foundation, with the mission to empower students from government schools with the skills, mindset, and leadership qualities needed to build a stronger self and stronger nation.
Rotary Lead India Programs are designed not just to transform students, but to uplift the entire educational ecosystem—including teachers, schools, parents, and the broader community. Recognizing the deeply interconnected and interdependent nature of these stakeholders, our approach ensures multi-faceted development that fosters sustainable, long-term impact.
By nurturing students as change agents, empowering teachers as facilitators of values, engaging parents as co-educators, and involving communities as active partners, Rotary Lead India builds a holistic foundation for personal growth, academic success, and national transformation.
This initiative is powered by the “Aap Badho Desh Ko Badhao (ABDB)” Human Transformative Model, which integrates ancient Indian wisdom, modern life skills, and character education to nurture confident, ethical, and socially responsible youth.
